October 25th - 31st: Halloween Edition: What is your favorite horror novel and why?
The Stand by Steven King - I have read this book over and over. I discovered it my freshman year of College by accident and I was sold. I remember watching the movie (that felt like it lasted 12 hours lol) but it just enhanced the book. I don't think I could ever get tired of this novel. I love so much about it, up to the point that one of the reasons I wanted to use Colorado Springs in my own book series was because it was so important inside The Stand.
That is amazing that The Stand has inspired you so much! I haven't read it yet, maybe one day!
ReplyDeletePlease check out my answer for the Book Blogger Hop at Thinks Books!!
When you read it prepare to be sucked in - if you're anything like me that is lol.
DeleteGood choice :)

I've heard about Pet Sematary before but haven't dove into it yet.
DeleteThere's a lot of Stephen King answers but I love it because now I know what books by him to read out of the many! The Stand does sound very good! Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a good weekend!

Hello there my Friend!
DeleteYeah one day I hope to get the nerves to read IT. But the movie scared me so much I'm afraid too, haha.
Books have a funny way of making themselves part of our core :)
