Gluten Free Friday Homemade Recipe - #5 Baked Chicken

Yum yum yum! Somethings smelling a-foul! Ha.Ha., get it?

I'm in a great mood today because I just baked some chicken and it turned out good so now I just had to share it with all of you. I assume this would also work for turkey. Someone should test it out and see!

(As Always, everything is Gluten Free and/or Organic)

4  skinless chicken breast
1 diced tomato
1 cup of milk
2 sliced potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Your choice of spices

Pour the cup of milk into the baking dish
Line up the chicken after its been cleaned on the milk
Sprinkle the diced tomatoes around the chicken
Line out the sliced potatoes around the dish with enough room for them to bake
Cut up the stick of butter and put them over the chicken and potatoes
Sprinkle your spices on top of the items until you're satisfied
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
When there is 15 minutes left sprinkle the cheese on top to allow it to melt

I thought this was a great way to have a lovely healthy meal and have a pretty dish.

On a scale of 1-5 I rate this a solid 4.
