Lee Jordan has spent 10 years on death row for a murder he didn’t commit. He’s lost everything—his wife, his dreams, his future. He finally enters the death chamber at the famous "Walls" prison in Texas. He’s strapped to a gurney and given an injection of lethal drugs in front of witnesses. Minutes later he’s pronounced dead. But that’s not the end of it. After the execution comes the shocking revelation—Jordan is still alive. And to stop him talking he has to die all over again—before he brings down the entire American justice system.

REVIEW
James Raven is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. His books are just so captivating that you have to keep reading until its over.

I have a hard time deciding what I am most impressed about, the story or his ability to write about Texas as well as he does since he lives in the UK.

His characters are VERY easy to love. He does not have all that fluff that most books have that you just skim over and get bored with. Each word has a point and you HAVE to read it.

Honestly, I am not sure where to start with this book because just like MALICIOUS Mr. Raven had me spellbound from the start.

It was a very new story line from the whole 'death row' aspect. I really enjoyed that. And on a side note, in college, I went to SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY and lived down the road from The Walls Unit. I loved reading a story that took place in my college town.

I really recommend his books to you. If you want a read that doesn't make  you 'think' but is in depth in the content than pick up this book!

I just can't say enough great things about James's work.

Thank you for giving me a copy of this James, it was definitely my pleasure to read!

5 Stars, hands down!
